TW2M is a design / build studio founded in 2012 by twin brothers Bassem and Wassim Shaaban. The studio features the collective work of multidisciplinary design professionals who value diversity and collaboration. Our clients range from first-time homeowners, multinational franchises and even institutional organizations. The practice offers a wide variety of services at multiple scales offering a single point of contact to our clients for all their project needs.

The studio offers Architectural, Engineering, Interior Design and Project Management services. We also operate as a licensed General Contractor and Custom Fabricators. The experience we have gained, with our diverse clients, helps us develop a streamlined process while offering unique solutions for each project. TW2M has experience designing, building, and managing projects nationally in places like New York, Chicago, New Jersey, Washington, D.C. and internationally such as Egypt, UAE, Mexico and Singapore.
