A quaint 500 SF residence located in a tree-lined cobblestone street of the West Village in Manhattan.
In this Build Project, we collaborated with interior designer Amanda Tomlinson, to renovate the kitchen and master bedroom. The apartment is a one bedroom, one bathroom Co-op with hardwood oak floors, 10’ ceilings and oversized 7’ windows facing Greenwich Street.
The spacious kitchen features
custom kitchen with shaker style panel doors in white and grey from SemiHandMade. The cabinetry is paired with MSI Calacatta Laza Polished Quartz Slab countertops and a classic white subway tile backsplash from Daltile’s Rittenhouse Square collection that was installed with gray grout to seamlessly tie back into the veining in the countertop. The GE Café appliances, East Linear faucet in satin brass, and Schoolhouse hardware introduce warmth to the overall design, integrating seamlessly with the remainder of the living room aesthetic.
