This build project features a perfect layout for entertaining with generous light-filled living space graced by high lofty ceilings, oversized windows, beautiful views, a charming wood-burning fireplace, and an open cook's kitchen with large pantry storage.
Our design intent highlights natural dark wood tones, iron materials and concrete accents with a blue and orange color scheme.
The bathroom also uses the glass tiles to contrast with the brass hardware creating a relaxing Mediterranean escape. This combination creates a warm and elegant environment in the living/dining room, while the master bedroom, nursery and kitchen are in warm earth tones complimented by grey textiles.
We provided Construction Services and Management, in addition to Owner’s Representation providing expert cost estimating and construction supervision, which allowed us to complete the project on time, and on budget.
