This beautifully warm apartment is located in The Austin Nichols House with views of the Williamsburg Bridge. We designed a custom kitchen with built in appliances and hidden compartments to maximize storage and counter space. The kitchen features floor to ceiling cabinets with an 18 foot peninsula that has a hidden washer/dryer unit.
The kitchen makes use of shelving that wraps around a column to integrate the kitchen and living areas and showcase our clients findings from his travels.
A simple bathroom makes for a calming experience.
The bathroom was designed with a modern simplistic approach. working with white, grey and black elements only, while including a bit of texture on the fully tiled walls.
