In collaboration with Alvarez Design Studio, We
expanded the living room, added a ventless fireplace, new custom ceiling beams, plus new cabinetry in the sleek gourmet kitchen and an expandable, functional kitchen island, in true TW2M fashion.
The piece de resistance is the generous private patio dubbed throughout the project as '“The Oasis”. Completely redone with porcelain which is intentionally matched to the interior’s heated six inch wide light oak, a high-tech fully functional pergola with outdoor lighting, outdoor kitchen with gas grill, even a projector for movies and TV, for the ultimate outdoor experience!
