A gut renovated 2,300 SF loft apartment in the heart of TriBeCa, NY that we designed with timeless elements and innovative solutions.
This Design/Build project began before our client purchased the loft. TW2M conducted a thorough review and provided estimates before the client picked their new home.
The 3 bedroom 2 bathroom loft was converted to a 2 bedroom 2.5 bathroom with custom Kitchen, Doors, Millwork and Closets.
Designed for comfort, luxury and beauty.
Our Design reconfigured the loft to provide a comfortable living area and complete privacy for the master bedroom. The design maintained a clean and high ceiling of 20’. We avoided any visible ducts, they were hidden in the built walls with linear louvers.
A custom designed aluminum and glass kitchen with hidden cabinets behind a mirrored back wall sits next to a large window with custom breakfast bench and table.
The living room and the kitchen have ample space and seating on the same side of the loft. Opposite the living room and kitchen is an art wall to house our clients new art pieces by artists such as Patrick Hughes.
Among many custom doors, the entry to the master bedroom is a custom made 5 ft wide by 10 ft high metal and glass door.
The master bedroom was designed for comfort. The bedroom is lined with custom a bench as well as Knoll and Ligne Rose’ chaise lounges.
The custom floor-to-ceiling closet is made with metal and wood and is tailor made for our clients needs.
A Tub. A Shower. A Steam room. A bathroom like no other.
All bathrooms are designed with floor to ceiling stone slabs by Florim. The master bathroom was given some extra love during design, and provided ever lasting comfort for our clients to date.
The master bathroom included a wet and steam room behind a custom frosted glass door. The wet room included a shower, tub and with the door closed is transformed into a steam room.
